X "New Adventures" There have been some new happenings in this last month which the organizing team would like to share with you. First off, we have been able to talk some of our venues into once again letting us hold events at their locations without charging a door charge. Of course this means YOU must support these venues when you attend one of our events. I am sure none of you need to be reminded that these venues are in business to make money, and if this does not happen we will not be able to continue holding "FREE" events. So, needless to say, SPEND money at our venues each time you attend an event. Also please don't forget to tip the servers at these locations; they work very hard to please us. All of our venues have a "No drinks go outside or come inside policy". We ask that you please respect this policy. None of us truly care to be enforcing this policy. We are all adults; we simply trust each of you to follow it. We have planned a cruise going to Ensenada on Nov 5th ...we are very excited about this event. A $50.00 refundable deposit will hold your spot. I have already paid in full and selected my room. As far as I know there is no better deal out there for this sort of cruise. I can't wait!! Check it out by Clicking Here. We have heard the many requests for Karaoke, so we tried Durty Nelly's out last month. All who attended really enjoyed themselves, so we will be doing more Karaoke events there. We are still looking to add more people to our organizing team. As most of you know, there are 3 of us who are Co-organizers; we also have 2 wonderful assistant organizers followed by 4 event organizers. We all enjoy putting on and hosting the events; they are fun and can be very rewarding. Yes, there is some work attached to any position on our team, however if you are looking to get involved with & have some interest in helping a fun group, let us hear from you. We are having an open organizers' meeting on Tuesday 4/18 at 8PM, join us for the meeting if being on our organizers team appeals to you. For more information on this take a look at our calendar of events. Our calendar is full of so many fun events....we hope each of you review it regularly to keep yourself updated.
